Gary Taylor and Matt Brower began Column Commercial Partners in January of 2012. Gary was a 33-year veteran of the Metro Denver commercial real estate market and previous practicing securities and real estate attorney. Matt Brower was an 8-year veteran of the Metro Denver commercial real estate market. The two of them had been working as a Denver Tenant Representation Team since 2005.
Gary has since retired, however, he has passed his sage wisdom on to the rest of us! Today, Matt is the Managing Broker for CCP, with an excellent team of Brokers, as well as Operations and Marketing Manager, Kinley Donaldson.
The CCP team has helped many companies drive savings through optimizing current real estate holdings and negotiating favorable lease terms. They are committed to bringing a ‘value add’ component to the overall process, providing continued support as needed long after the lease, purchase, or sale agreement has been executed.
